The Kündig Primo, Duplex & Triplex

Kündig offer a comprehensive range of single, double and triple widebelt machines sanding from the top, or from top and bottom in a single pass.

Models are available for sanding all types of work. Solid timber, veneers and joinery work can all be sanded on the same machine.

The operation of these machines is simplicity itself. Available in widths of 650, 1100, 1350 and 1600mm. Perfect for calibrating and heavy stock removal. Adjustment of the machines' upper parts ensure a constant working level - an enormous advantage for one-man operation or in machine lines. The heavy construction and massive frames guarantee maximum stability. Rapid set-up times mean no interruption of workflow. The machines are very compact - essential where workspace is at a premium.

The following features are standard on all Kündig widebelt sanders:
Pneumatic conveyor belt tracking	Control to adjust stock removal	Electronic adjustment of variable feed speed	Contact roller adjust- able in height with indication of grit size

In addition, thanks to the ENORMATIC system, the operation of these machines is very easy: The system offers a choice of sanding operation and fully automatic thickness adjustment linked with the start of workpiece feed.
